• KMS edited a press release with the title “Family friendly vacation in St. Petersburg/Clearwater” and distributed it to qualified media contacts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• VSPC and KMS finalized the itinerary for the Lufthansa inaugural flight press trip in September and in coordination with Lufthansa, KMS invited qualified journalists from Germany.
• KMS continued liaising with Lufthansa officials regarding media and public relations efforts for the Lufthansa non-stop flight between Frankfurt and Tampa starting in September 2015.
• KMS wrote the monthly activity report and sent it to VSPC.

• KMS continued uploading postings and photos on VSPC´s German facebook page.
• KMS supported several media professionals with high-resolution photos, specific information on our area and press kits.
• KMS sent a request for further details to Ms. Wiebke Flegel-Wulf from Visit Florida in regard to the scheduled Visit Florida event in Hamburg, Germany on November 12, 2016.
• KMS evaluated and categorized all media clippings on VSPC that we received
from the media monitoring service.
• KMS sent a Video and further information on Sunsets and Tiki Bars in St. Pete / Clearwater to Ms. Wiebke Flegel-Wulf from Visit Florida for their upcoming newsletter.
• KMS completed several conference calls with Mr. Thomas Jachnow from Lufthansa in order to organize and prepare the Lufthansa inaugural flight to Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater in September 2015.
• KMS completed conference calls with VSPC and the Central European Marketing
Office in order to synchronize our PR and marketing efforts.
• KMS forwarded a draft editorial calendar for the upcoming fiscal year 15/16 to VSPC for approval.

VISIT USA Austria Group Fam Trip
September 14-16, 2015
KMS liaised with Mr. Werner Marschall of the Austrian Visit USA Committee and asked if he needs further information or further support. Mr. Marschall gave us the name of the missing participating journalist from the “Kronenzeitung”. Her name is Ms. Eva Bluemel. KMS and VSPC will continue preparations for the trip in cooperation with Werner Marschall.
Lufthansa inaugural
flight Fam Trip September 25-30, 2015
KMS, VSPC and Lufthansa finalized the itineraries for the Lufthansa inaugural flight Fam trip in September, finalized an invitation list for the media and invited the journalists after approval from Lufthansa. The group will consist of 7-10 journalists. KMS and VSPC will continue preparations for the trip in cooperation with Tampa Bay and Lufthansa.
