1. MONTHLY ACTIVITY HIGHLIGHTS

• KMS edited a press release with the title “Family friendly vacation in St. Petersburg/Clearwater” and distributed it to qualified media contacts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

• VSPC and KMS finalized the itinerary for the Lufthansa inaugural flight press trip in September and in coordination with Lufthansa, KMS invited qualified journalists from Germany.

• KMS continued liaising with Lufthansa officials regarding media and public relations efforts for the Lufthansa non-stop flight between Frankfurt and Tampa starting in September 2015.

• KMS wrote the monthly activity report and sent it to VSPC.

KMS drafted and distributed the following news release: “Family friendly vacation in St. Petersburg/Clearwater” KMS also distributed the press release via TravMedia in the German speaking countries and provided photos and a video to the media via Dropbox.

KMS drafted and distributed a newsletter for VSPC that included the following topics:

We will complete her MAF and forward it to VSPC and Lufthansa in order to book her flights and to secure accommodation.

KMS pro-actively contacted the journalist and invited her to our Lufthansa inaugural flight fam trip to Tampa and St. Petersburg/Clearwater in September 2015. Ms. Warnholtz is interested and gave us the information that Mr. Soenke Krueger from the same media group is responsible the press trips from all of the “Welt” publications as well as the German TV news channel N24.

KMS will complete and forward a MAF to VSPC and Lufthansa in order to book her flights and to secure accommodation.

KMS pro-actively contacted the journalist and invited him to our Lufthansa inaugural flight fam trip to Tampa and St. Petersburg/Clearwater in September 2015. Mr. Alves is interested in the press trip and confirmed the participation of the media outlet. He will give us the name of the participating journalist at the beginning of August. We will complete a MAF and forward it to VSPC and Lufthansa to proceed with the booking of the flights and securing accommodation for the journalist.

Unfortunately, Mr. Nielsen was not able to confirm a participation of as they have featured Florida in an earlier edition of the magazine at the beginning of this year already. KMS will stay in contact with the journalist.

KMS pro-actively liaised with the journalist and invited her to our Lufthansa inaugural flight fam trip to Tampa and St. Petersburg/Clearwater in September 2015. Ms. Bisping was interested in our press trip but due to other commitments, she was not able to confirm her participation. KMS will follow up with the journalist in order to complete an individual press trip to our area for her in the future.

Possible travel dates could be late January/early February 2016. KMS will follow up and work with the journalist in order to support them with an individual press trip.

• KMS continued uploading postings and photos on VSPC´s German facebook page.

• KMS supported several media professionals with high-resolution photos, specific information on our area and press kits.

• KMS sent a request for further details to Ms. Wiebke Flegel-Wulf from Visit Florida in regard to the scheduled Visit Florida event in Hamburg, Germany on November 12, 2016.

• KMS evaluated and categorized all media clippings on VSPC that we received

from the media monitoring service.

• KMS sent a Video and further information on Sunsets and Tiki Bars in St. Pete / Clearwater to Ms. Wiebke Flegel-Wulf from Visit Florida for their upcoming newsletter.

• KMS completed several conference calls with Mr. Thomas Jachnow from Lufthansa in order to organize and prepare the Lufthansa inaugural flight to Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater in September 2015.

• KMS completed conference calls with VSPC and the Central European Marketing

Office in order to synchronize our PR and marketing efforts.

• KMS forwarded a draft editorial calendar for the upcoming fiscal year 15/16 to VSPC for approval.

4.1 FAM TRIPS

VISIT USA Austria Group Fam Trip

September 14-16, 2015

KMS liaised with Mr. Werner Marschall of the Austrian Visit USA Committee and asked if he needs further information or further support. Mr. Marschall gave us the name of the missing participating journalist from the “Kronenzeitung”. Her name is Ms. Eva Bluemel. KMS and VSPC will continue preparations for the trip in cooperation with Werner Marschall.

Lufthansa inaugural

flight Fam Trip September 25-30, 2015

KMS, VSPC and Lufthansa finalized the itineraries for the Lufthansa inaugural flight Fam trip in September, finalized an invitation list for the media and invited the journalists after approval from Lufthansa. The group will consist of 7-10 journalists. KMS and VSPC will continue preparations for the trip in cooperation with Tampa Bay and Lufthansa.
