Underground Utilities:

Area 3 - Deep underground plumbing is complete to

Column Line 6.

Foundations:

Area 2 Concourse Level – Last D-Line Foundations is

complete.

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 3 Field Level – Prep work for lower dock slab on

grade has started. Area 4 – Cast-in-place concrete

risers are ongoing.

Structural Steel Erection:

Area 4 – Canopy Trusses are set from Column Lines

33-39. Area 4 – Metal decking installation in Sequence

3-3 is complete. Field Level Area 1 – Subroof decking

installation is ongoing

MEP Rough-in:

Area 3 – Underground MEP rough-in is ongoing.

West Building - Ductwork installation on

Concourse, Suite and Press Levels are ongoing.

Plumbing rough-in is ongoing on Suite and

Press Levels. Fire Protection rough-in is ongoing on

Concourse, Suite and Press Levels. Electrical rough-in is

ongoing on Concourse, Suite and Press Levels.

Field Level Area 3 – Slab preparation is

ongoing at lower dock area.

Field Level Area 1 – Subroof installation, 24”

storm line installation and metal framing are

ongoing.

Field Level Area 2 – CMU block wall

installation is ongoing.

Building the Future

Metal Stud Framing:

Area 1 – Metal stud framing for Field, Concourse, Suite

and Press Levels are ongoing. Exterior metal stud framing

and sheathing installation is ongoing at Field, Suite, and

Press Levels.

Masonry:

Area 1 Field Level – Masonry wall installation is ongoing

in Areas E, F, G and H.

Area 2 and 3 Concourse Level – Masonry wall installation

At Main Concourse Buildings are ongoing.

Curtainwall:

Area 1 – Curtainwall framing installation will continue

at West Elevation. Installation of Curtainwall glass is

ongoing.

Projected Activities occurring next Week:

Foundations:

Area 3/4 Field Level – Foundations for “infill” area between

Column Lines 40-42 will be placed.

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 3 Field Level – Concrete placement for Slab-on

Grade at lower dock area will begin.

Area 3 and 4 Field Level – Installation of on-grade seating

risers and intermediate stairs will continue.

Structural Steel Erection:

Area 3/4 – Structural steel erection for “infill” area will

begin.

MEP Rough-in:

MEP Rough-in at Concourse, Suite and Press Levels will

continue. Ductwork installation on Concourse, Suite, and

Press Level will continue. Fire Sprinkler installation will

continue on Concourse, Suite and Press Levels.

and Press Levels will continue. Exterior Framing and

sheathing installation will continue.

Curtainwall:

Area 1 – Curtain Framing and Glass installation at West

Elevation will continue. Curtainwall framing on Suite and

Press Level balconies will continue. Curtainwall framing

at Field Side of Main Concourse will begin.

Area 1 – Sheathing installation is complete

at south end of West Building.
