'Ihe Department of Education has facilitated implcmentation of the Enhanced Basic EducationInformation System (EBEIS) and Learner Information Systetn (LISJ and spearheaded Frocurement ofcomputer packages for all public schools under the DepEd Computerization ProBram (DCP).
In this regard, the Data Management and Information Technology Workshop for SY 2015-2016lmplementation will be conducted.

The following are the objcctives ofthe two-day workshops:1. Explain the processes and guidelines in using thc Enhanced Basic Education lnformation
System and Learner lnformation System for registering, enrolling and updating leancr profilcsfrom Public Schools, Private Schools and Alternative Learning System;Capacitate participants to train the school heads and learning facjlitators;Gather feedback on the current use ofthe information systeln and tecbnology in schools;Communicate and Bather updates on the statu. of DCP batches to participants;Clarify and strengthen the roles and responsibilities of Planning 0fficers, ICT Coordinators,Division ALS Facilitators and Private Schools Supervisors in the inplementation ofprojects attheir respective levels

The program will begin at exactly B:00AM of the first day and end at 6:00PM of the secord day.Participants are not allowed to leave before the program ends.
Earliest check'in allowed is 3r00PM of the day before the workshop, while the latest check-out allowedis 10:00AM of the day after the workshop. Meals rvill be provided from dinner of the day before theworkshop and breakfast of the day after the workshop. These wili be charged against PMIS funds subjectto usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Transportation, other meals and incidental expenses shall be charged against local funds subject to usualaccounting and auditing rules and regulations,
