RE: Technical Session Data Requests

A technical session was held on November 8, 2016, in the above referenced docket. The purpose of the technical sessions is for the parties to inquire of the Applicant's witnesses their expertise, opinions and pre-filed testimony. The parties that were present during all or part ofthe technical session is listed on the sign-in sheet that is attached to this memorandum. Peter Roth, Counsel for the Public, and his attorney, Joslyn Wilschek, were both present.

At the conclusion of the technical session, the following data requests to the Applicant remain outstanding:

Nov. 8-Aesthetics-Terrence DeWan (in person) and Jessica Kimball (via video conference)

1. Provide the parameters that were used to run the visibility analysis from 0-5 miles, and 5-10 miles. If another run was done, then please provide the parameters that were used.

2. Provide the parameters that were used in the ARCGIS Models, Appendix A, of the VIA.

3. Provide the accurate registration and control point information for the view simulations that were provided in September.

4. Provide the land cover heights that were assigned to land cover classes 440 and 720.

The foregoing shall be provided to all of the parties on or before November 28, 2016. Copies shall not be provided to the Committee. To the extent that the Applicant objects to providing the above referenced material, the requesting party must file a Motion to Compel with the Committee. Any questions regarding this memorandum or the data requests made at the technical session should be directed to Pamela Monroe, Administrator.
