MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR

TO THE SENIOR DEPUTY ADMINISTRATOR/DEPUTY ADMINISTRATORS/ REGIONAL/DEPARTMENT/PROJECT MANAGERS/ DIVISION MANAGERS AND ALL OTHERS CONCERNED

SUBJECT ADDENDUM TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 65 SERIES OF 2017

In order to have a unifornn and simple form in issuing certifications on the status of the lands applied for Land Use Reclassification/Conversion/Exemption from CARP coverage under DOJ Opinion No. 44 series of 1990, the herein attached forms shall be used / accomplished in line with DAR Administrative Order No. 20 series of 1992 , to wit:

ANNEX " A" - Certification of Irrigation Coverage for Lands not negotiable for Conversion.

ANNEX "B" - Certification of Non-Irrigation Coverage for not Irrigated and not irrigable lands.

Areas reclassified as non-agricultural lands in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) approved by the Local Government Unit or Housing and Land Use Regulatory board (HLURB).
