TERM:A term of 5 years starting on the 30th of March, 2011 and Expiring on 30th of March 2016 and renewable upon agreement of both parties

THE HOLDING:THE LAND OCCUPIED BYTHE 3RD RPSMC IN BARANGAY CAMBAOL, ALICIA WITH AN ESTIMATED AREA OF MORE OR LESS ONE HECTARE (1 HA.)

RENT:NONE

PERMITTEDPURPOSE:For Tenants company quarters

OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT FOR LAND

This Agreement is made on the date set out in the particulars:-BETWEEN1. The Landlord named in the particulars (the Landlord).2. The Tenant named in the particulars (the Tenant).

TENANT AGREEMENTS1. Use and Management of the HoldingThe Tenant agrees with the Landlord.a. Not to do anything to the holding which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Landlord or the owners or occupiers of any adjoining land.b. Not to sell off or remove from the holding any of its vital part.c. To permit the Landlord to enter the holding or any part of it on giving the tenant reasonable notice.d.To comply with any other restrictions which the Landlord shall reasonably require.e. In case that the Tenant shall transfer, all improvements made in heavyweight materials must be retained within the holding.

2. Alteration of the HoldingNot to alter, remove or make additions to the holding or erect new buildings or other item of fixed equipment or any other improvements to the holdings except those with due permission by the Landlord.

LANDLORDS AGREEMENTSThe Landlord agrees with the Tenant that if the Tenant observes and performs the Tenant Agreements and obligations in this Agreement the Tenant may peacefully hold and enjoy the holding during the term withous any lawful interruption or disturbance from or by the Landlord or any person claiming through or in trust for the Landlord.

MUTUAL AGREEMENTSForfeitureWithout prejudice to any other rights of the Landlord if:a. Any of the tenants agreements in this Agreements are not performed or observed or;

AGREEMENT FOR TENANCYThis Agreement is not entered intro pursuant to any prior agreement for tenancy. As witness the hands of the parties or their duly authorized agents the day and the year first before written.
