We have witnessed our fellow magazine brethren, Sim from Clive Magazine gets emotional everyonce a month over deadlines, spilled ice-cream and the occasional film du tear-jeeker. And when thattime comes, we noticed the only thing that can pacify his emotions is a quick swipe of his credit cardwhile online shopping. That and cute fuzzy animals. We empatised with that and like any friendwould, we decided to create an outlet for Sim to release all that frustration here. Since then, the guyseems happier and his clothes snazzier.
We present to you, his hot list of “Men-opause: What Men Want!”
It is What It Is No justification is needed when you drop more than RM600 on a collar-less denim shirt. In ouropinion, it is what it is. This 100% cotton Aspesi Grandad-Collar Denim shirt should be your wardrobestaple for those lazy weekends as you pair this up with a white t-shirt, a pair of selvedges and bootsof your choice to make your look street savvy. Make sure to wear it real rough as per any denimmaterial so it looks cleverly worn out and have all your vintage kakis drool over the sick fades you’llcollect on said shirt after some time. Get em’ here.

How Much Would My Kidney’s Cost?Irregular sleeve ends! That is all that should be needed to convince you to drop RM2k on this Jella’(Maison Martin Margiela, but I’m just gonna call it Jella’) sweater. 50% cotton, 50% linen for that superluxe comfort feel. But the main draw for this sweater is the lower body and sleeve seam details aswell as its signature neck stitches. I wonder how much my kidney will fetch in the black marketbecause this piece is more of a necessity in my alphet game compared to my organs. Get it here.

Curved Hemlines are the FireOur Legacy has just dropped this season’s most perfect indigo shirt ever. Taken from their ‘RadianFlux’ collection for SS14, this Classic Zip Jacket is constructed from 55% hemp and 45% organic cottonsourced from Japan making it very legit when flexing some fabric knowledge to your friends as theyadmire the intricacies of said shirt. What makes this shirt cool is the single top button for you to whipit cholo style and a zippered placket which will probably raise questions among your conservativefamily members scratching their heads wondering why you have a zip up shirt instead of a buttonone. As an advocate for them rare hemlines, the curved hem for this shirt is simply on fire. Cop em attheir website.

Technically it’s MagicTechnical outerwears are all the rage now among the #streetfashun peeps. While your friends arerustling through bundles for fishtail parkas and Northface jackets, I suggest you sell a kidney and getthis $695 Partition Coat by Canadian techwear experts, Arc’teryx Veilance (you’ll probably get adiscount if you can pronounce the name right). This coat is practically magic, sporting GORE-TEXfabric for sophisticated weather protection as well as stealthily placed laminated hand pockets andchest pockets to protect your essentials in case of rain (judging from the weather, it probably won’thappen anytime soon but you’re still gonna wear this because #fashun). What makes it cool is thefact that it looks like it’s a buttoned/zipped coat but it’s not! No zips and no buttons, just majorcoolness to up your street alphet game. Cop em here!

Nightcrawler Jacket
Stampd is one of the brands that are on the forefront of minimal monochromatic street wear. To putit simple, their $hit is gawd. Especially this Neoprene Zip Up bomber that’s just major sexual. Sportinga neoprene cotton blend body with oxblood lining and black on black zip lining, this jacket isprobably something an attractive nightcrawler would wear to seduce innocent bystanders as heattempts to suck the life out of them. So sleek and streamlined, this jacket looks deceptivelydangerous, but the type of dangerous you want to get close to and experience. So don’t wait, andcop this here.
