Men’s Lee Denim jeans in 200 Kohl’s stores

We are straightening and filling the Lee jeans this visit. These jean styles will be located in the Men’s DENIM Department.

Vendors may be required to wear masks while working Visit Priorities:

Sign in the Vendor Log at Customer Service and meet with store management to let them know you are there to service numerous men’s Lee jeans in the Men’s Denim Dept.

1. Men’s Lee Denim Jeans • These jean styles will already be set up and located in the Men’s Denim Department folded on shelved fixtures

and using wall space. o If the store has NOT set up some of the men’s Lee jean styles, work with the store to set them up. o Overall, inventory levels in many of the Lee carryover jean styles are going to be very light in stores at this

time of year, you may only find a few pairs of jeans in some of the styles, due to current shipping issues. o Below is the order in which to service the men’s Lee denim jean styles. You will run of time and will not be able

to service all of these styles. Stores will not carry all of these styles -

Main Goals for Visit: 1. Straighten/fold and fill from backstock the men’s Lee jeans in numerous styles and colors out on the selling

2. Take a photo and write down what price point/percentage off the majority of the men’s Lee jean styles are currently selling at – you will have to report this in your survey.

3. Check if there are any Lee graphic signs displayed on the men’s selling floor fixtures. If so, include the graphic sign in your photos.

o You can also step back and take a photo of the entire department to show where the men’s Lee jeans are located, compared to other brands in the dept.

o These jeans could be mixed up and located on more than 1 floor fixture within the Men’s Denim department. Be

sure to check all of the floor fixtures in case some of the jeans are accidentally located on more than one fixture. o The jean colors should be displayed going from either lightest to darkest, or darkest to lightest within each style

on the fixture. All of one jean color should be displayed from top to bottom in a nice neat row (based on the amount of stock and fixture space that you are given). Display all of the different colors within each style as best you can.

o Size from smallest to largest within each color (with smallest size on the very top of the pile). o Try to keep the pant stacks to around 8-10 pairs maximum, so the stacks are not too high. o Bring as much backstock out to the selling floor as possible. o Pull any damaged product and give to store management. o Take a photo and write down what price point/percentage off the majority of the men’s Lee jeans are currently

selling at – you will have to report this in your survey. o Make sure Kohl’s electronic price signage is up on the fixtures by the end of the visit. o If there are any Lee graphic signs displayed on the floor fixtures, make sure the graphic sign matches the Lee

jean style that is displayed on the fixture. Be sure to get the graphic sign in the photos that you take.

2. Fill from backstock • Backstock must be scanned out of the stockroom. • Bring as much backstock as possible out to the selling floor for all pant styles. Be sure you’re checking for

sizes/colors/styles that are needed out on the sales floor. • Try to gain additional fixture space wherever possible. If there is extra space available and you have the backstock

to fill it, check with management to see if you can use it for the pants. • Keep count of approximately how many men’s Lee pants you bring out to the selling floor, as you will have to

report this in your survey. • “Kontoor” or “VF Jeanswear”” will be written on the outside of the shipping cartons.

3. Photos • Take at least 6 photos – (3 sets of “before” and “after” photos)

o Take “before” and “after” photos of the men’s denim jean fixtures you had time to service with the Lee fixture graphic signs displayed (if the store has any graphic signs up) and the jeans on it.

o Take a photo of the Kohl’s electronic price sign, showing what price point/percentage off the majority of the men’s denim Lee jean styles are selling at.

o You can also step back and take a photo of the entire department to show where the men’s Lee jeans are located, compared to other brands in the dept.

4. Meet with store management at the end of the visit to let them know what you were able to accomplish and sign out

of the Vendor Log.
