Bio: With more than 37 years activity in Oil & gas Industry specialized in Drilling, I grow up by

graduating Oil & Gas High School, Oil & Gas University of Ploiesti and I obtained PhD at the same

University. I worked in field for 3 1/2 year and after that I activated as Engineer, Researcher and

Senior Researcher in ICPT Campina for 20 years. My career continue in OMV Petrom as Office

Drilling Manager, Well Delivery Manager and Senior Department Manager.

In parallel I am activating as Local Skill Pool Manager for Well Engineering.

Present permanent with Technical paper in Conferences, Lecturer for Well Academy, Drilling

Academy and Integrated Graduate Development programs.

Also Springer -Journal of Exploration and Production Technology offered my possibility to make

peer review for their technical papers.

Guiding and supporting young engineers became part of my life philosophy.
