का.आ. 199(अ).—के ीय सरकार ने, मे ो रेल (संकम का सिंनमाण) अिधिनयम, 1978 (1978 का 33) ( िजसे इसम इसके प चात उ त अिधिनयम कहा गया ह)ै क धारा-1 क उप-धारा (3) ारा द त शि य का योग करत े ए, भारत सरकार, शहरी िवकास मं ालय क तारीख 16 अ टूबर, 2009 क अिधसचूना सं या

का.आ. 2625 (अ) ारा तारीख 16 अ टूबर, 2009 से रा ीय राजधानी े (एनसीआर) हतेु उ त अिधिनयम के उपब ध को लाग ूकरने क अविध बढ़ायी थी ।

अत: अब, के ीय सरकार, उ त अिधिनयम क धारा 32 क उप-धारा (1) के खंड (क) ारा द त शि य का योग करत े ए, उ त अिधिनयम क अनुसचूी म तु मे ो गुडगांव के संबंध म िसकंदरपरु स ेरा ीय राजमाग-8 तक तु मे ो रेल के िन निलिखत मे ो एलाइनमट को जोड़ती ह,ै अथात:-

िसकंदरपुर से रा ीय राजमाग-8 तक तु मे ो

: यह एलाइनमट लूप के आकार का ह ै जो माग िसकंदरपुर मे ो टेशन फेज- II-बे वडेोरे टॉवर- साइबर िसटी- मौलसारी एवे य-ू

िडपो सह ओसीसी-फेज III -फेज II तथा िसकंदरपुर के साथ-साथ गुजरता ह ै।

कायशाला सह चालन िनयं ण के (ओसीसी)

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2017

S.O. 199(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government had extended the application of the provisions of the said Act to the National Capital Region (NCR), with effect from the 16th day of October, 2009 vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Urban Development, number S.O. 2625 (E), dated the 16th October, 2009.

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby adds the following metro alignments of Rapid Metrorail from Sikanderpur to NH-8 in respect of the Rapid Metro Gurgaon in the Schedule to the said Act, namely:-

Rapid Metro from Sikanderpur to

Alignment travels in loop which

travels along Sikanderpur

Metro Station- Phase II-

Belvedere tower- Cybercity-

Moulsari Avenue- Depot cum

OCC- Phase III- Phase II and Sikanderpur.

NOTIFICATION
