  • Report on Traffic impact analysis due to proposed project in 5 km radius

The project complex shall have traffic entry/exit from 24 meter service road of Noida-

Greater Noida Expressway going through north-west of the project. All the internal

roads Proposed are 9 wide for smooth internal circulation. The entry/exit points have

been marked on the layout plan. The project site is well connected to network of

roads leading from various parts of the city.

Figure: - Five Km radius map around Project site

Project site is well connected through two national highways. One is Noida – Greater

Noida Expressway which is adjacent to project site and another is NH – 24

approximately 8.24 km distant towards NNW direction. Also kalindi kunj Bridge is

about 01 kilometer from the project site.

    Proposed scenario for Traffic management:-

Keeping in view of the extraordinary traffic on kalindi kunj Bridge the traffic exits from

the project site shall only be allowed to exit towards Noida greater Noida express

way via the 24 meter service road of the expressway.
