Before Accessing LILIN IP cameras LILIN’s DVR default username and password are admin:1111 or guest:2222. LILIN’s IP camera default username and password are admin:pass or guest:guest. Software Download Please download eMobile.cab at http://59.124.49.18/wap using Internet browser of your PC. Right-mouse click on the cab file and select “Save Target As” to save the cab file in your PC. For Java platform phone, OTA is allowed.
Download eMobile.cab into your Windows Mobile™ 5.0/6.0 phone via Microsoft ActiveSync. Once eMobile.cab gets downloaded, please click on eMobile.cab on your phone for installation.
Chapter 1. eMobile for Java Phones Chapter 1-1. Requirements A cellular phone with 3G service to access Internet, J2ME, CLDC 1.1, and MIDP-2.0 are required. Chapter 1-2. Software Download Please visit http://59.124.49.18/wap using Internet application of the cellular phone to download the software, eMobile.jad over-the-air (OTA). Select eMobile.jad to download to the cellular phone. Chapter 1-3. Access Live Video Once eMobile gets downloaded into the cellular phone, please locate eMobile application and execute it. To access the live video, type IP address, username, and password for the device. Click on Connect button.
Chapter 1-4. Menu Systems Once the eMobile software gets connected to the destination device, menu system switches to corresponding device. Chapter 1-5. ePan For 320 * 240 resolution, it may not fit on the screen of many cellular phones. A user can use number pad or left, right, up, down buttons for panning and tilting for the video. The detail are described as:

Chapter 1-7. Bookmark For quick access of an IP camera or a DVR site, a user can bookmark the device for quick access. To add a bookmark, please click on “Menu” and select bookmark for adding an IP camera site.

Chapter 3-3. Access Live Video To access live video, click on Start->Program Files and locate eMobile application for execution. Type IP address, username, and password for the device and click on Connect button. To stop accessing live video, please click on Stop button.

PTZ Operations for Pocket PC 2003 or Windows Mobile 5.0 For PTZ cameras such as PIH-7622/35IP, a PTZ control panel gets shown after the PTZ gets connected. The operations are described as below:

Chapter 4. iPhone Solutions for multiple cameras For iPhone multiple camera viewing solution, please visit Live Cams web site at barryegerter.com for purchasing the software via iPhone App Store.

Chapter 4-1. iPhone Solutions for Playing H.264 Video and Audio For playing iPhone video and audio, please visit App Store on your iPhone for downloading Streamer.

4. Double click on the Bookmarks can start to play IP camera video.
Note: only LILIN IP cameras and video encoder can be supported.
Chapter 5. BlackBerry Solutions Please download eMobileBlack.zip at http://59.124.49.18/wap using Internet browser of your PC. Right-mouse click on the cab file and select “Save Target As” to save the zip file in your PC.
1. Please un-zip the file into a local directory at your PC. Please use BlackBerry Desktop Manager to download unzipped file into your BlackBerry.
2. Opening Download folder can start operating eMobileBlack application.
3. To use eMobile on BlackBerry platform, please see chapter #1 for detail.
Chapter 6. Snapshot Many Internet browsers on mobile phones are able to retrieve JPEG snapshot. To use this feature, please enter LILIN snapshot commands at the Internet browser. Please see appendix for detail. Chapter 7. 3GPP and RTSP Solution Many mobile phones provide media player supporting H.264 or JPEG streaming via 3GPP or RTSP. To adopt these features, please see RTSP streaming commands at appendix.
