Follow an opportunity to remain aware of any activities in relation to this

solicitation. You can also choose from this point if you want to ‘Follow

and receive notification’ which will email you whenever an amendment

is issued OR you can choose to ‘Follow and receive amendments’

which will send you the amendment details and documents via email

when they are issued.

The Document Request List (DRL) or Plan Holders List

(PHL) or Document Takers List (DTL) are found in the

Notice Description/Opportunity Abstract. All Complete

subscribers can view the DRL/PHL/DTL for organizations

who have enabled this feature.

Here is where you find out the bid submission type. If the

type is Electronic Bid Submission, you will require an

Authorized Signer PIN. One PIN per organization is allowed.

Some buying organizations choose to use our Bid Intent feature. If so,

you will see this button and you will be required to let the Buyer know of

your intent to bid. Click the button and enter your response.

The Place Bid button is what you select when you are ready

to submit your bid. In this case, we have already submitted

a bid, so we can also see the View Bid button. You can

make changes or withdraw your submission anytime

before the closing time and date.

*** It is recommended to always upload your documents at least 1

to 2 hours before closing time to avoid lengthy uploads for larger

documents.

Select your delivery method and quantity.

Downloading a document included in your

complete subscription. There are

additional fees associated with our other

delivery methods. Click Continue.

Choose the appropriate amendment

notification setting. Details are available in

the highlighted section below.

Each buying organization chooses whether or

not to share this information. It may not be

available for your viewing.

When enabled, The Document Request List

(DRL) or Plan Holders List (PHL) or Document

Takers List (DTL) allows you to view a list of all

organizations that have downloaded the

document for a specific opportunity.

It is also important to keep your MERX profile up

to date in order for current and accurate details

about you/your business appear on the list.

Many organizations use this to provide

transparency, fairness and accountability to the

tendering process.

*Viewing the list is available to you as a

Complete Subscriber only.

Account Activity

In your Dashboard, you can see any

solicitations that you choose to follow.

Quickly access your bids in the My Bids

section. You can view or edit from the

Action column.

Click on the Solicitation No. link to view the

Notice description/Opportunity Abstract

from a previously ordered tender

To re-download the documents from a

previously ordered tender, click on the

Confirmation No. link to access the

download screen.

Change your amendment setting for an

already ordered opportunity by clicking

Following. From there, you can also choose

to unfollow a solicitation as well.

View your history of document orders from

the Reports tab, then select Ordered

Documents.

return to the MERX.com M3 platform.

When posted, you can view who the contract

was awarded to and in some cases, the amount

for which it was awarded.

The awards database has a history of 7 years.
