MESSAGE FROM ADMINISTRATOR FRANKLIN “DON” PACARRO, JR.
Aloha! On behalf of the Honolulu Liquor Commission, we thank you for your
attendance and support of the 6th Annual Honolulu Liquor Commission
Symposium.
Our 2019 Symposium is designed to provide our licensees with strategies and
business concepts to adapt to the evolving nature of the liquor industry. We invite
you to network with industry leaders, discuss key issues with Commission staff, and take the valuable resources attained from the Symposium back to your
business to share with your team.
During and following the event, supervisors from our Audit, Licensing, and
Enforcement sections are here to answer any questions you may have. I also
encourage you to use our website www.honolulu.gov/liq as a guide and resource
for your business.
As we move forward into 2019, we, the men and women of the Honolulu Liquor
