PAntonE coloR mAtchingPantone color matching is available to be imprinted on most items in the catalog. Please provide a PMS number with your purchase order. There is a $12.00(g) PMS charge. We cannot guarantee a 100% match. Also, please note that PMS color matches may fluctuate slightly on repeat orders.

PRoduction timEUnless otherwise specified by each item, most orders ship within 12 business days from art approval.

SAmPlESThere is no charge for samples or catalogs. Please send us your request via email, fax or online by 2:30 PM EST for your samples to ship that same day. For overnight or expedited delivery, please include your FedEx or UPS account number. If an account number is not provided, we will ship your samples via the method of our choice. Please include sample color in your request, or a random color will be chosen.

PRE-PRoduction SAmPlEPre-production samples are treated the same as a regular order, with standard setup charges and price per pen. Actual orders should be submitted as a repeat order, with repeat setup charges. Standard production time is 12 days from art approval.

SEtuP chARgES:All new orders are subject to a $30.00(g) setup charge for one color/location silkscreen or laser engraving imprint. Exact repeat orders have a $25.00(g) setup charge.

lASER EngRAving:Additional locations laser engraving are subject to an additional setup fee of $30.00(g) per location and an $0.18(g) running charge per piece per location.

oxidAtion blAck: Available on Satin Gold, Satin Chrome or Nickel Platinum pens for an additional running charge of $0.18(g).

chRomE Etch: Available on Brass pens for an additional running charge of $0.18(g).

(Explanation of oxidation black and chrome etch: When laser engraving on a metal, aluminum, or brass pen, the engraved or etched color may not be as sharp or contrasted as desired, depending on the color of the background. Filling in the laser engraved area with black ink or chrome etch will show the imprint in a more prominent way.)

SilkScREEn:Additional colors or locations are subject to an additional setup fee of $30.00(g) per color and/or location and an $0.15(g) running charge per piece per color and/or location.

bElow minimum oRdERS:There is a below minimum fee of $50.00(g) for all less-than-minimum quantity orders. This includes orders with multiple items and less-than-minimum quantity of each styles.
