Metal fabricationParsons Peebles provides a full metal fabrication service, both at our sites and at our clients premises. Our welders and welding procedures follow the governing standards BS EN ISO 15615-1 2015 (BS EN 288-3) and ASME: Section IX: 2015 and we utilise all materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium and various cast iron.

Our extensively equipped workshops are designed to handle both large and small projects, from hand railing to high pressure vessels. Our fabrication machinery includes break press, guillotines, rolls, radial drills, and fully synergic welding equipment.

We have a lifting capacity of 40 tonnes, and can conduct load test and pressure test on all pipes, lifting beams and other manufactured items.

We also offer a separate CAD design service using the latest SolidWorks 3D CAD software and AutoCAD modelling techniques.

Our dedicated engineering teams are available 24 hours a day, to cover scheduled maintenance or unplanned breakdowns.
