    Principle of evaluation:

    a. Evaluation specialist must be clear about the goals

    and purposes of evaluation.b. Evaluation must be continuous.

    c. Evaluation must be specific.

    d. It must be appraising their products, themselves,their practices

    e. It must be based on objective methods andstandards.

    f. Realistic target dates must be set for each phase.but it should not be too late also.
