Recommendations

To the Public Sector - EU/MEDA joint effort to:

Achieve the EGNOS service coverage over the MEDA area as soon as possible

Support/harmonise the introduction of GNSS regulated services

Support the development of standardised solutions/services

Ensure necessary promotion, awareness and technological transfer

Create market favourable conditions (open standards, fair competition, incentives, etc.)

To the Private Sector and Transport Operators:

To support the adoption of GNSS and the harmonisation strategies undertaken by the Public Sector

To take part to the standardisation process

To stimulate sector association to develop best practises using EGNOS

To invest in EGNOS products/services
