This box provides information to correctly use the Features included in the Main Menu

Metric: Contains all the metrics pertaining to your department

Fiscal Year: List of Fiscal Years available Frequency: Year, Quarter, and Month

Filter: Allows viewing metrics by their Status: Excellent, Average, Poor, Getting Better,

Getting Worse and No Change.

1. Select a Metric with Yearly frequency. Example: Customer Satisfaction Survey2. Select the Fiscal Year 2008-20093. Select Year on Frequency4. Click Finish
