AT&T EXPANDS 4G LTE COVERAGE TO MORE DETROIT

CUSTOMERSAdditional Cell Sites Upgraded to 4G LTE as Part of Ongoing AT&T Investment

in Local Wireless Network

DETROIT, MICH., Nov. 14, 2012 As part of its continuing network investment and ongoing4G LTE

rollout,AT&T* has upgraded 9 mobile Internet cell sites throughout Metro Detroit to expand AT&T 4G

LTE coverage for area residents and businesses. These cell sites are located in Clawson, Detroit,

Grosse Pointe Shores, Harper Woods, Novi, Redford, Troy, Warren and Westland.

Metro Detroit can be proud of this additional investment from AT&T, said State Senator Steve Bieda

(D-Warren). Expanded hi-speed coverage not only boosts our wireless signals, it will boost our ability

to compete in the extremely competitive global market, to grow the economy and to attract new

investment right here at home.

AT&T 4G LTEis the latest generation of wireless network technology and provides several benefits for

local residents, including fastermobile Internetspeeds up to 10 times faster than 3G, improved
