• Preparing for wider rollout in parallel with managing Staten Island deployment

Customers have access to Bus Time using various digital/mobile interfaces
– Web browser - deployed– Mobile website - deployed– Text based access* – being deployed– Quick Response code at bus stops** - being
deployed– Store-front displays – available for 3rd parties
*Guide-a-Ride at stops being rolled out in 6 weeks, users can text intersection/route**Not available until Guide-a-Rides are deployed

• Planning the roll out of Bus Time to remaining four boroughs with Bronx starting next and one more borough before the end of the year
• Remaining borough deployment during 2013
