The scienceThis dispersion was developed to address the increasing environmental demands on the coatings industry to produce resins with little or no solvent. The results are aqueous dispersion systems of high molecular weight, performance characteristics comparable with that of a first generation solvent based technology. MFLEX utilises the latest in dispersion technology resulting in a superior product with the added advantage of being environmentally friendly.The polyurethane coating is mixed with a very fine coloured EPDM crumb. The resultant coating has the fine crumb dispersed throughout it. This gives excellent slip resistant qualities without the harshness of silica type products and is thus very child friendly.

.A specialist non slip coating for the wet leisure industry developed by Flexflooring Ltd in conjunction with Antel Ltd, a specialist provider of chemicals to the building and leisure industry. MFLEX is based on a polyurethane anionic dispersion of a UV stable aliphatic polyurethane resin. It exhibits excellent film hardness, flexibility, good water and abrasion resistance coupled with excellent weathering properties.

PrimingApply Mflex primer to the prepared area. Allow to become touch dry, normally within 24 hours depending on temperature.
ApplicationApply MFLEX to the primed substrate using an MFLEX roller or using a spray hopper (our recommended application). We would recommend a minimum of two coats.
