The headquarters of The One company at the Temerloh, Pahang. The One Company has an 11 branch around east cost, such as Temerloh, kemaman,

kuala Terengganu and many more. Under corporate marketing there are have executive and assistant executive

corporate marketing. Assistant executive accountable to executive and this follow the unity of command.

THE LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT

There are three of management involve which are: Top level of management

- Administration manager is the only position involve in this level of management.

Middle level of management- There are for position included in this level which is administration

supervisor, executive marketing, and stock supervisor.

First level of management- The consists of general workers, technicians, receptionist, office boy and

assistant.
