In the speaking test their are factors that an examinee must work on and those are:

pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary and grammar

----With regard to the Chinese accent that you where referring to last night..ithink you will agree with me that removing it doesn't happen overnight.------

smoothness on how you deliver each sentenceyou should not sttuter and avoid unlikely remarks like uummmcohesion-cohesive

Vocabulary-use higher level words (good,bad are low level wordsGrammar-use different tenses

its ok that you have your accent, what is important is people understand what you are sayingfocus on enunciation--pronunciation

YOU CAN SAY:After industrial revolution, .....South Koreans mostly work in the Digital Industry. The works mainly focus on computers, technology, (add more). Works in sales and services are still plenty. There are still job opportunities in government offices, school, hospital and foodbusinesses.

Is it hard to find a job in your country?

yes absoultely,,with the korean recession.many people get in to trouble to find a job.many companyes and employer want to hire more employeehigher employment rate become serious problem in |SK.many younger generation had struggle this problemso for example korean younger gen prefer governt oficer..competition late 1000 for 1 opportunity.

YOU CAN SAY:

Yes absolutely. High unemployment rate is a serious problem in the country due to the recession. Many people are finding it hard to get a job nowadays and younger generation is really struggling on this problem. Young Koreans generally prefer to work in government offices. Unfortunately, they have a slim chance of getting a job in the government because of job seeker and job opportunity ratio is 1000 to 1.
