Read the entire label before using this product. Follow all use directions and use precautions. Use only for sites, pests, and application methods described on this label. Use Restrictions: • Use only to control house mice. This bait station may be used within 50 feet of homes accessible to children and pets, consistent with all use restrictions and other requirements indicated on this label. DO NOT apply further than 50 feet away from home or building. DO NOT place bait in areas where there is a possibility of contaminating food or surfaces that come into direct contact with food. Selection of Treatment Areas: Determine areas where house mice will most likely find and consume the bait. Generally, these areas are along walls, by gnawed openings, in corners and concealed places, or in other locations where there are signs of house mice. To Control House Mice: First Placement: 1. Remove bait station from carton. 2. Place bait station in a corner or along a wall or other vertical surface in an appropriate location. See Use Restrictions and Selection of Treatment Areas. Position station so that both of the entrance holes are exposed and not blocked. If more than one bait station is used, space the stations at intervals of 6 to 12 feet in the infested area. If a bait station has not been fed from after 3 days, it may be moved to another location appropriate for controlling house mice. If bait has been removed or has become soiled or spoiled, remove residual material and reload the station with a new soft bait. See To Refill. Wear gloves when performing these tasks. Maintain stations in position with bait in them for at least 15 days or as long as activity persists. Wearing gloves, collect and dispose of all dead animals and leftover bait properly as specified on this label. To discourage re-infestation, limit sources of rodent food, water, and harborage as much as possible. If re-infestation does occur, repeat treatment. To Refill: You will need both hands to open the station. 1. Find the latch on the underside of the station and the top button. 2. Using one hand, pull the bottom latch fully in the direction shown by the arrow with your index finger and fully press the button on top of the station with your thumb. 3. While still pulling on the bottom latch and pressing the top button, swing the window open with your other hand. 4. Wearing gloves, remove a new soft bait from the bag, leaving the protective wrapper in place. 5. Place the new soft bait with the protective wrapper into the station ensuring that the peg goes through the hole in the center of the soft bait. Press bait firmly into the station. 6. Close the station by swinging the window back into place until a click is heard. 7. Wash hands thoroughly. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Pesticide Storage Store in original container in a dry place inaccessible to children and pets. Pesticide Disposal and Container Handling Non-refillable container. Note to Physician: If serum calcium levels are elevated, treatment with Calcitonin is effective in reducing calcium to normal levels. Continue monitoring

serum calcium and treat as necessary for hypercalcemia (Reference, AMA Drug Evaluations. Third Edition (1977), Chapter 16, pp. 248-251).

Treatment for Pet Poisoning: If animal eats bait, call a veterinarian at once.

Note to Veterinarians: Calcium Mobilizer Cholecalciferol: For animals ingesting bait, induce vomiting by using hydrogen peroxide or administration of

activated charcoal with a cathartic. If clinical signs develop, treatment consisting of saline diuresis combined with the use of furosemide, corticosteroids and

phosphate binders are recommended. Calcitonin or pamidronate may be needed for animals that remain hypercalcemic despite symptomatic treatments.
