Awarded to: New Full-Time Student enrolled at Suffolk County Community College.

Criteria:

Award: $5,000 (1 award, $2,500 in the fall and $2,500 in the spring)

Recipient must be a member of Suffolk Federal at the time of the award.Must be volunteer of Suffolk County Fire Department, volunteer of local EMS or be enrolled in a Fire Protection Technology or EMT Paramedic program at SCCC.

Student must be a resident of Suffolk County.Student must submit an essay of no more than 250 words explaining their eligibility and how they will benefit from receiving this scholarship.
