Thank you Dear Church Family, Thank you so much for the cards, visits, meals and prayers while I have been in the hospital and recu-perating at home. I really appreci-ate your thoughtfulness and con-cern. Love, Carol O’Rear
What an encouragement the AWANA awards night was!!! How great is it that we have so many children learning the Word of God and actually engaging in the mission of God! Let me say thank you to all of the volunteers, teachers, directors, and secre-taries. For your efforts to teach our children the Word and help raise them up and train them in the faith, we are incredibly grateful.
Church family, these first few months have been such a whirlwind for my family, be-tween getting Luke in school and trying to settle into some semblance of a routine, life has been rather crazy. But, in the midst of this craziness, let me stop and say “thank you”. Thank you for the prayers, thank you for the encouragement, thank you for the kind words. You have welcomed us into this family so quickly and for that we are incredibly grateful.
We look forward to investing ourselves into this faith family and praying for God to use all of us to make an impact for His kingdom and His glory in Ponca City and be-yond.
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever. Amen. Romans 11:36
Michael First Baptist has been my church family since 1972, when we joined.
I will be moving to Minnesota soon to be near my family.
To leave such wonderful friends is not my desire. I was able to teach Sunday School for many years, which was a huge bless-ing to me.
You are truly a blessing as the body of Christ! Love, Joan Faken
