The Pinnacle at Symphony Place

Office and Retail High Rise

Nashville, TN

Revit

The Pinnacle at Symphony place is the result of a collaboration between

Pickard Chilton Architects (Design Architect) and Everton Oglesby Architects

(Architect of Record). The project is an office high-rise with retail at ground levels

and an interior parking garage. The project earned LEED-Silver certification.

The seventh floor features a green roof and terrace over the parking garage.

The project was started in AutoCAD at Pickard Chilton then modeled in

Revit at Everton Oglesby to provide the team with a working 3D model of the building.

The Revit model helped both firms locate potential problems

early in the design process so that adjustments could be

made to keep the project on its fast-track schedule.

Bethany Retreat Cener

Mixed Use

Dixon, TN

Bethany Retreat Center is a mixture of a

dormitory-style residence and assembly space.

The first floor houses the majority of the

residential spaces while the second floor and

loft contain the assembly spaces and a few

extra sleeping rooms. The project was built and

rendered in Revit. The 3D views and renderings

were used to help the client better understand

the design, and to help generate enthusiasm

in the financial donor.

Currently under construction.
