Mentor Application 2012 – 2013 Dear Applicant: Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mentor for the Women in Business Students’ Association (WBSA) Mentor/Mentee Program. As a Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding another student academically, professionally, and socially through a variety of channels. These channels may include weekly or monthly meetings with your Mentee, attending various WBSA events together, and sharing your leadership and work experiences to ensure her/his successful transition through the obstacles of college and into the workplace. Please note that the number of Mentors will depend upon the number of Mentees that apply and simply applying does not secure a Mentoring position. Due to our selection and pairing process, it may take some time before you are connected with a Mentee. The Executive Board of WBSA will surely keep you updated on your matching status, and we truly appreciate your interest in becoming a Mentor. We look forward to your participation and know that it will improve both WBSA as well as Michigan State University. Thank you for your desire to assist others and become involved! Sincerely,
