Device can not start 1. check the power plug2. check the fuse3. check the power supply
Cannot pass Self-check 1. make sure the plate carrier is empty2. restart the machine3. check the optical path
Results abnormal 1. 1. check if the plate lay correctly2. . check the test parameters3. detect the standard material
Plate cannot move 1. check if the plate is in position2. check if there is something on the block3. check if the plate carrier can move manually
The results of individual channel abnormal
1. check weather the result is normal when not put micro perforated panel
2. check if there are some lens loose 3. check if any LED damaged
Mouse cannot move 1. reconnect the mouse2. test the mouse on PC3. restart the machine
Breakdown Description SolutionsThermal printer cannot work 1. Make sure the internal printer be selected in system setting
2. Check if the printer paper is installed
External printer cannot work 1. make sure the internal printer be selected in system setting2. check if the USB cable connected well3. check if the printer type can be supported by machine
Screen is blank with back light on 1. check if the power equipment started property2. check the power supply3. check the FFC cable
Keyboard cannot work 1. check it he keyboard cable connection2. check if the voltage in frond-end normal
Motor make noise 1. check the plate carrier2. check weather the detection opocouple board loose3. check if there is some foreign matter
