Microsoft enterprise team works with large customers. Developers team works with developers.

Communication Channels • Microsoft has a matrix reporting channel. The three

enterprises (large, medium and small enterprises and the developers) report to the country manager.

• At the same time these enterprises has to report to head for the region.

• The reporting channel is dual in nature.
