Upgrade to Office 365 Plan E5 Promotional Step Up

Existing Office 365 E3, E4, and ECS Customers with From SA or Full USL SKUs will be eligible for a limited time promotion to upgrade to E5. Between 1st December 2015 and 30th June 2016, you can take advantage of this offer by getting 15% off on your step up to E5 from E3/E4 or E5 Add-on to ECS. Available in the EA, EAS, WWGP programs. Targeted customer segments include Commercial and Government customers.

As of 1st December 2015, the new premium Office 365 Enterprise Suite E5 step up, will be introduced into the Microsoft Online Service family. E5 step up will encompass the core value of the modern productivity and collaboration capabilities Office 365 provides today, as well as significant new capabilities including Skype for Business services for real-time communication such as Cloud PBX and PSTN Conferencing, new analytics features like Power BI Pro and Delve Organizational Analytics, and new advanced security features such as eDiscovery, Customer Lockbox, and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP).

The full suite for Office 365 E5 without the step up option is expected to be released in January 2016.

MSDN Operating SystemsDISCONTINUED AS OF SEPTEMBER

MSDN Operating Systems (retired as of the 1st September 2015) streamline the number of MSDN subscription offerings and simplify the sku lineup. Customers with active subscriptions will have the option to renew their subscription under Visual Studio Professional with MSDN.

Starting 1st September 2015, customers who purchase a

minimum of 150 seats of eligible Office 365 SKUs during the offer period will qualify for partner funds to drive Office 365 active use of 15 % of eligible SKUs purchased on a single workload. Trial customers who make eligible purchases will also qualify. Eligible workloads for this offer include SharePoint Online, OneDrive Online, Office 365 Pro Plus, Skype for Business Online, Yammer, Project Online, Project Pro for Office 365, and Visio Pro for Office 365. This offer is available NOW until the 31st March 2016. Also starting September 1st 2015, customers who purchase a minimum of 150 seats of eligible Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) SKUs during the offer period will qualify for partner funds to drive Office 365 active use of 15 percent of eligible SKUs purchased on a single workload. Trial customers who make eligible purchases will also qualify. Eligible workloads for this offer include Enterprise Mobility Suite for Intune and Azure Active Directory Premium. This offer is available through 31st March 2016, and is in addition to the onboarding of all workloads and email data migration.

FastTrack Onboarding is included as part of the purchase of Office 365 and EMS services and delivered remotely by Microsoft experts to ensure the service is ready to use.* Microsoft FastTrack provides remote onboarding and deployment assistance to customers or preferred partners who are onboarding

to either of the online services. Onboarding assistance includes infrastructure assessments through automated checks and configurations, user provisioning, identity synchronisation, mail flow, and activation of core services, including remote email migration for Office 365 customers. If the customer’s infrastructure requires remediation, the Onboarding experts will work with the partner to assist the customer with moving to the service.

*Minimum of 150 seat purchase required of EMS only, Enterprise Cloud Suite (ECS) only in any combination of EMS, and/or standalone Intune, Azure Active Directory Premium, and Azure Rights Management where at least one of the services has 150 seats or more.

The new Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) is a single agreement for your Online Services, software, and Software Assurance purchases across your organisation.It can save time and money by combining purchase points for the best price level and reducing the administrative overhead associated with managing multiple agreements.The Microsoft Products and Services Agreement gives you more options - for example, the ability to create Purchasing Accounts. Purchasing Accounts let you define how you want to purchase (by affiliate, division, department, or any other group you define in your organisation). You can then choose and provision the solution that your organisation needs. You are in control.The new Microsoft Volume Licensing Center has an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that lets you quickly view and generate reports on everything purchased under the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement.You can manage your portfolio of Microsoft products and services across your entire organisation. The Microsoft Volume Licensing Center also lets you

self-provision online services, download software more quickly, access your volume license keys more easily, and efficiently manage and use your Software Assurance benefits.

Multi-year subscriptions In a surprise move Microsoft has released multi-year subscriptions in its MPSA Volume Licensing program, which replaces Select Plus. Here is what you need to know about this new option. A multi-year subscription is a two-year or three-year subscription for a particular Online Service such as Office 365 E3. Available Online Services include:

� Dynamics CRM Online � Enterprise Cloud Suite (ECS) � Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) �Microsoft Intune � Office 365 E1, E3 and E4

Once a Purchasing Account enters into such a subscription, all subsequent purchase orders for the same Online Service will slot into the existing subscription and hence get the same end date and are price-protected through a “price ceiling”.

Microsoft announce Office 2016 for PC and Mac available under HUP (Home Use Programme) NOW

Eligible employees may purchase qualifying Office software for use at home through an assigned Program Code provided by their organisation.

Office Professional Plus 2016 for PC helps you to do your best work –anywhere, anytime. New, modern versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Skype for Business, are built for maximum productivity.

Office 2016 for Mac enables you do your best work –anywhere, anytime. New, modern versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote have the familiar look and feel of Office, and are thoughtfully designed for Mac.

The price of these new products is still £8.95 and a license is applicable for 1 installation and activation (it can no longer be installed on 2 devices). Employees can additionally purchase backup media (optional), selecting between a DVD (£10.95) and a USB stick (£13.95).
