Office 365 should be downloaded on non-DCPS devices (personal home devices). Each DCPS student and staff can install Office 365 on five non-DCPS devices. Office 365 includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms (Outlook will only be available to 9th-12th grade students, after they have completed the Digital Citizenship Module on Canvas through their school Library Media Specialist.) Login Directions • Using your internet browser, navigate to portal.office.com • Once you are logged into the Microsoft Office 365 Portal, click on the app you would like to use Staff Office 365 Login: • Username: Student ID#@students.k12.dc.us • Password: Date of Birth(mmddyy)
