Clean out Sent and Deleted ItemsFile Mailbox Cleanup Cleans up only removes Deleted Emails

Sent Emails must be deleted also This is what I recommend:

First, Open the Folder Pane by clicking the Arrow

Creating New Folders to Store EmailsOpen the Folder Pane (If not the case already)

Right Click on Inbox and Choose New Folder Name the Folder

Drag and Drop Emails tothe New Folder

New Contacts

The only required Entries are the Name and the Email AddressEverything else is optional. Make sure you SAVE and CLOSE to Exit the Contact

NOTE: Anyone that sends you an email can be added to your Contacts by Right clicking on Their Name and Choosing Add to Outlook Contacts

Contact Group

A Group (such as Friends) that contains more than one Contact

When an Email is Sent to a Contact Group, Each person in the Group gets the Email

Remember, If the Group is placed in the Bcc Box, each person receiving the email will not see other email recipients. New Contact Groups are located beside New

Contacts

Give the Group a Name Then Add Members

When you send an Email to “Team Leaders for the Dance”, it willgo to everyone in the Group (Bcc- for a private send)
