The Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship welcomes IT Academy & Testing

Center members to their 2015 competition

• The Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship is a global competition that tests students' skills on Microsoft Office applications. Participating in this competition provides you with an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your Microsoft Office Word or Excel skills, have some fun, impress student colleagues and gain recognition.

• Students must be between the ages of 13 and 22 (as of June 15, 2015) in order to participate in the World Championship in Dallas, Texas.

• Dates for the first round of testing: The Qualifying Round ends May 30th, 2015.

• Certiport Authorized Partners are required to choose the student(s) that will represent their regions in the World Championship round of the competition in Dallas, Texas by June 30, 2015. Partners are also required to assist these students in submitting completed Student Confirmation Packets to Certiport no later than June 30, 2015.

A Certiport Authorized Partner (CAP) is any commercial institution that acts as a "purveyor or distributor" of Certiport exams. This can be a company, solution provider or reseller with access to a channel of test centers capable of delivering Certiport exams.

Certiport Authorized Testing Center

A Certiport Authorized Test Center (CATC) is defined as any commercial institution that can deliver and administer computer-based Certiport-managed certification exams.
