How can I pay the conference fee?
There are three ways you can pay the conference fee for Thailand Investment Conference 2017: online credit card payment, bank deposit and check. Please note that seats will be confirmed after you have registered AND submitted the payment. Option 1: ONLINE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD (charged in USD)
1. Go to Registration Link and log in with your CFA Institute credentials.
(If you do not have an account, please click “Create an Account” to create one.)
2. Click Register button to proceed.Please click once only and wait for around 20 seconds. Repeated refreshing the page might result in record duplications and system error.
3. Click Continue to proceed.
4. Please review and update your event profile to include any special dietary/arrangement requests. Click Continue.
5. Prepare your credit card information and click Continue again.(DO NOT click any other links/select the dropdown menu in this screen.)
6. Please input your credit card details and click Continue to confirm. The following credit card types are accepted: American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, UnionPay and Visa.
7. Once payment has been made and confirmed, you will receive by an email confirmation from [email protected].
If you would need to pay in other methods, please download the registration form in this link and follow the payment instructions below. Submit the completed form and receipt/check to [email protected] or other contacts as stated.

How can I get the group rate?
CFA Society Thailand is offering group rate of US$68/THB2,400 (US$53/THB1,900 before 22 May 2017) for every groups of four. If you are eligible for a group discount, please send us your group registration list with details (name, mobile number, and email address) to [email protected] using email subject “TIC 2017 Group Rate”. We will contact you for the next steps.

When is the deadline of registration and payment for the early bird rate?
The deadline for the registration and payment for the early bird rate is 22 May 2017. Make sure you have registered and have made your payment on or before that date.

How do I confirm my registration if I deposited the payment?
To confirm your registration for the conference, please send us a copy of your deposit slip to [email protected] and use "TIC 2017 Payment" as the email subject.Please be mindful of the registration deadlines for the early bird rate and the last day of regular registration. You will be notified with email confirmation once the payment is verified.

What if I have not paid for the conference fee yet?
There is a risk of not getting the seat for the conference if you have not paid the conference fee before the event. Note that cash payment is not accepted. Please make sure you pay on or before 22 May 2017 to avail the early bird rate.

Are there seat assignments at Thailand Investment Conference 2017?
None. We encourage everybody to come in early on the day of the event so they can choose a seat.

What is the cancellation policy for Thailand Investment Conference 2017?
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the conference. If you have paid by credit card, refund will be proceeded online in around 3 weeks from CFA Institute. If you have paid by check/bank deposit, refund processing may take 4 weeks from CFA Society Thailand. No refund could be arranged for cancellation received in 24 hours before the event.

How can I obtain the CE credit for attending the event?
The Thailand Investment Conference 2017 qualifies for 6.0 credit hours (TBC). For CFA Institute members, these credit hours will be updated automatically in your online CE tracking tool, and should be visible 3–4 weeks following the conference.
