ARRIVAL AT THE INSTITUT PASTEUR ON DECEMBER 15th
On December 15th
we highly recommend you arrive at 08:30 am at the reception desk of the
Institut Pasteur for security check procedures. The reception desk is located at the following
address:
28 rue du Docteur Roux, 75015 Paris, France
The reception agent will ask for your ID card/passport, provide you with a badge, and give you
indications to reach the meeting venue (“Auditorium François Jacob”).
Other documents to be provided
At the entrance of the meeting room, members of our team will welcome you. Please provide
them with:
� Boarding pass/train ticket: Please keep your boarding pass/train ticket, and give it to us
upon arrival.
� Visa fees receipts: Please keep the payment receipts of the visa fees and related
expenses, and give them to us (with your bank identification details) so that we can
reimburse you by bank transfer after the meeting.

Flight/train tickets have been booked by us, and borne by the MediLabSecure project. Please
make sure that you received your flight/train ticket by e-mail. If not, please let us know as

On arrival at the Hotel’s reception desk, you will need to show your ID card/passport, and
indicate you belong to the Institut Pasteur’s group. Single rooms (including breakfasts) are
already booked and pre-paid. All incidental charges and/or special requests (laundry, room
service, bar bills, telephone calls, etc.) must be settled between you and the hotel directly upon
check-out.
� Travel expenses
On December 15th
, you will receive an allowance, in order to cover your travel expenses. This
allowance covers transport costs (airport/Hotel and Hotel/Institut Pasteur) by public
transportation and meals. If your flight lands in Paris after 09:00 pm, or on the departure day
leaves before 08:30 am, we will exceptionnally reimburse a taxi ride from/to the airport. In that
case, you will need to send us the taxi receipts, in order to transfer the corresponding amount
to your bank account. You might share a taxi ride with other participants in the same situation.
� Meals
All participants are invited to a dinner on December 15th
at 07:30 pm in the Hotel’s
Restaurant. This dinner will be covered by the MediLabSecure project, as well as the lunches
from December 15th
to December 17th
, which will be provided within the Institut Pasteur’s
premises (at “Modules Espace Congrès”).

ITINERARIES
� HOW TO GO FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
There are 2 airports in Paris:
� Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG)
� Paris Orly airport (ORY)
In any case, the most recommended option to reach the hotel from the airport is option 1
because option 2 requires being quite familiar with the Parisian public transportation system.
OPTION 1 “Cars Air France”:
1) Take the coach service “Cars Air France” from Roissy airport or Orly airport to “Gare
Montparnasse” in the center of Paris.
� From Roissy airport:
Take the “Cars Air France” Line No. 4 to “Gare Montparnasse” (1 hour 15 minutes). The
one-way ticket costs EUR 17.50.
� From Orly airport:
Take the “Cars Air France” Line No. 1 to “Gare Montparnasse” (45 minutes). The one-
way ticket costs EUR 12.50.
2) From “Gare Montparnasse” to the Hotel:
� Take the subway (the Métro) at “Montparnasse-Bienvenüe” station (Line No. 6, heading
to “Charles de Gaulle Etoile”) until “Cambronne” station (15 minutes).

1) Take the railway line “RER B” to “Denfert-Rochereau” in the center of Paris.
� From Roissy airport:
Take the “RER B”, heading to “Robinson/Saint-Rémy les Chevreuses” until “Denfert-
Rochereau” station (1 hour).
� From Orly airport:
Take the “RER B”, heading to “Aéroport Paris CDG/Mitry-Claye” until “Denfert-
Rochereau” station (45 minutes).
2) From “Denfert-Rochereau” to the Hotel:
� Take the subway (the Métro) at “Denfert-Rochereau” station (Line No. 6, heading to
“Charles de Gaulle Etoile”) until “Cambronne” station (15 minutes).
