Steps to your Cleaning Solution
Midbrook investigates your manufacturing process and tests possible cleaning methodologies in our technology center to find the one combination best suited to your production needs.
We then take your requirements and design a system in AutoCAD® and/or 3D Solidworks® for approval.
We use state of the art laser cutting techniques and CNC machining tools to make repeatable, highest quality finished products.
Midbrook has over 160,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space, where our assembly team will build and run off the equipment to assure it meets the criteria expected.

Industrial Parts Cleaning Systems
Industrial Parts Cleaning Systems
Industrial Parts Cleaning Systems
Belt Conveying SystemsBenefits – Modular in designExcellent flexibility in terms of parts, part
orientation and material handling.Simple, reliable material handling.
Drawbacks – Contact time correlates to increased length. Spray pattern difficult to focus while part in
constant motion.
Rotary/Auger Drum Systems
Benefits-Continuous or batch operationExcellent cleaning due to combination spray & immersionSimple load/unload featuresExcellent for small parts
Drawbacks-Possible part damage due to part-on-part contactLack of Lot Integrity
Indexing SystemBenefits –
• Allows for precision cleaning of complex parts.
• Opens the entire part surface to cleaning action.
• Excellent flexibility in terms of part orientation
and material handling.• Reduced footprint.
Drawbacks – • Must be fixtured.• Requires more sophisticated (or labor
intensive) material handling.• Can not handle multiple parts.
Cabinet Cleaning SystemBenefits –
• Single point load/unload.• Typically smaller system footprint.• Works well in low production environment.• Can handle baskets and large parts.
Drawbacks – • Multiple stage cleaning requires sophisticated controls, • Tends to cross-contaminate solutions.• Batch process

Sealed Solvent Degreasing
Batch StyleHermetically sealed to reclaim nearly 100% of any solvent used.Perchlorethlyne Also known as PERC, is not banned and
has been used in precision parts cleaning for more than 50 years. The Mac Dry unit minimizes emissions and maximizes solvent recovery making this a smart choice.
