SA-150: System Analyst Training This three-day comprehensive training course provides an overview of Midmark RTLS hardware and workflow software fundamentals. Students will work through several different scenarios to understand how RTLS workflow automation works for a patient visit. The course will also review troubleshooting techniques and ongoing system maintenance procedures to help you support the system through Go-Live and beyond.

Max Wolfe

Max brings an extensive background of technical experience to the Midmark RTLS team. Prior to becoming a technical trainer, Max worked multiple years in technical support, helping clients troubleshoot problems, plan sensory networks and more. Max has a unique perspective into the questions that Midmark RTLS customers have, and a knack for helping them find and understand solutions.

Dan Sensenbaugh

Dan is one of our veteran implementation managers. With 20+ years at Midmark RTLS, he has deep knowledge in workflow automation through rules writing and has managed many complex workflow implementations, including projects at Memorial Sloan Kettering and Stanford Healthcare. Dan specializes in business rules, report and software development.

Lyndsy Marcoux Lyndsy has extensive clinical care experience in a variety of settings, from ED to Home Health and Specialty Care. She has a vast understanding of workflow, patient throughput, medical coding and billing, and insurance metrics. A passion for health informatics led Lyndsy to Midmark RTLS. She is a certified CompTIA Project+ and CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician.

Daniel Michalski, PhD, MCSE, CCNA, CNA

Daniel is our lead technical instructor, bringing over twenty years of advanced networking experience to the Midmark RTLS team. He has contributed to numerous textbooks, as well as held teaching positions at two universities. Daniel is A+, Security +, and Network+ certified, and specializes in network architecture, design & security.
