What is a migraine? A recurring throbbing headache that typically affects one side of the head and is often accompanied by nausea and disturbed vision. A migraine was recorded in the medical documents of the ancient Egyptians in 1200 B.C.E. It appears that migraines are among the oldest disease known to man kind.
