MIGRATION TO CURRENT PLAN
(Procedures)
Migration to any of the current plans on offer will be through plan vouchers only.
1. Existing customers of all prepaid General plans except Lifetime (Corporate + circle) have to use any
of the current plan vouchers only through CTOP-UP for their migration purpose.
2. Migration to any of the current plans on offer only is allowed. Hence, any customer of Excel Student,
Excel Power, Digbee Bundle, & Wonder plus, En-Nanban, En-Nanban Super, MegaSuper, Vasantham,
1p/sec & all@49) and Kurinji plans has to use any one of the Plan vouchers (which are currently on
offer) only for Migration purpose.
3. Migration from other plans to Jaijawan plan using plan voucher Rs.98, thru CTOPUP is NOT
ALLOWED.
The existing practice of migration Jaijawan to plan by Jaijawan personnel having BSNL number
continues. (i.e. the customer has to approach the CSC and submit the required documents . The
cost of the plan voucher Rs.98 is to be paid by the customer.)
4. Balance amount will be carried forward when the plan voucher is used for migration.
5. If plan voucher is used for migration, F&F numbers will not be carried forward. Customer has to
re-register the F&F numbers afresh as per the migrated plan.
6. The customer can use any plan voucher at any time for migrating from one plan to other plan which
are currently on offer except Jaijawan plan.
7. As and when the customer uses the plan voucher for changing the plan (i.e migration), the Freebies
associated with the respective plan voucher will be made available to the customer and is to be
consumed within 30 days. No carry forward of unused freebies are allowed.
8. GSM based FWP plans in Prepaid with Plan vouchers 175(General), 42 (Second Plan) & 37 (Minute
Plan) will be available. All the conditions like Usage of TOPUPs, Plan vouchers for the Migration will
be as per the revised guidelines of the respective plans chosen.

The existing facility of Plan Migration through C-TOP UP continues to exist
Customers may be advised suitably, to keep sufficient balance in their account before opting for migration through SMS.
MIGRATION FROM PREPAID TO POSTPAID SERVICES: Customer will terminate the contract in prepaid. Customer has to approach the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre/Franchisee outlet along with New CAF (Customer Agreement Form) , Photo proof, ID proof and other relevant required document - Pay one month advance FMC + Security Deposit of Rs 500 for local + STD or Rs 2000 for local +STD +ISD and activation charges of Rs. 100/- Balance amount in prepaid plan will not be carried over. Mobile number can be retained
MIGRATION FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID SERVICES: Customer should clear the outstanding amount on the postpaid connection. The customer can approach the nearest CSC and shall apply in a new CAF (Customer Agreement Form) for prepaid connection along with a written request on plain paper to close his postpaid connection and allotting his postpaid number to prepaid connection
The customer should use any of the Standard Plan Voucher to get the plan activated and get converted to desired prepaid plan. Talk value is through TOP Ups.
