1. That the Building Our Tax Base - Outstanding Underground/Surface Improvement Cost Waiving Program, as described in City Council

Resolution No. 0238 dated May 7, 2018 , be renewed until December 31 , 2020;

2. That the Building Our Tax Base - lnfill Redevelopment Incentive Program, as described in City Council Resolution No. 0240 dated May 7, 2018 , be renewed until December 31 , 2020;

3. That the Building Our Tax Base- New Home Construction Tax Incentive Program, as described in City Council Resolution No. 0241 dated May 7, 2018 , be renewed untilll December 31 , 2020;

4. That the Building, Our Tax Base- Declining Scale Tax Rollback Program, as described in City Council Resolution No. 0242 dated May 7, 2018, be renewed until December 31 , 2020 ;

5. That a report be forwarded to City Council in one (1) year, to advise on the outcomes of the Programs; and ,

6. That all Building Our Tax Base Programs are ineligible for any other incentive or abateme1nt program.
