- Managed a cross BU team to deliver improvements to the Clean Ticket of Work (CTOW) process

which resulted in a ~50% reduction in dirty tickets being rescheduled one day before the

appointment.

attended meetings and filtered information, developed O2A’s business priorities, pain points and end

state vision regularly contributed to senior leader communication updates.
