My goal is simple, to help the employers of Millennials recognize the untapped potential of the most proactive, pro-social, do good and do well generation there has ever been! Millennials, when engaged and given the chance to sprint will WORK HARD, ADVANCE CHANGE and CHALLENGE US to DO BETTER. One of the most fascinating & exciting things about Millennials is that inclusiveness is inherent. Gen X had the Brat Pack Clique, Millennials have Glee! They believe working together is how to make things work. Employers may feel this collaboration or need for constant feedback makes them "needy". Instead of getting annoyed at your millennial employees for not being sufficiently independent, recognize they have grown up in a world of social collaboration. Harness that capability & let them be movement creators. Also be willing to teach them to understand how to make choices without consensus.TRANSCRIPT
