Cecil G. Miller is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm.
He has forged a reputable path, hence positioning himself to be held in very high esteem within the legal profession in the country and internationally. Mr Miller has developed extensive Litigation experience both locally and internationally in over 20 years and has achieved impressive success in a number of high-profile cases.
Throughout his legal career, he has successfully represented various financial institutions and corporate bodies in a wide range of matters. He has acted for lawmakers in notable Election Petitions and is also involved in the Oil and Gas sector where he represents a number of companies.
Mr Miller is in conduct of Tax Law, Energy Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Property Acquisitions, Trust and Wills, Joint Ventures, Mixed Use Projects and handling Private Clients. He also has cross-border practice experience hence able to advice foreign clients investing in Kenya.
Mr Miller holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) from the University of Warwick (U.K.) and a Masters of Law Degree from the University of London, Kings College. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 6th of June 1996.
