Job Description: Industrial Millwright
Albarrie is looking for a strong, dynamic and innovative Industrial Millwright. Under the supervision of
the Plant Manager the Millwright is responsible to perform maintenance on needle looms and other
plant equipment, clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance work on machinery, assembles
machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment, and
adjusts machinery and repair as well as preventative maintenance, installation and modification as

Key Requirements:
• Successful completion of College in Industrial Millwright.
• Licensed Millwright (433A) ticket.
• 10+ years of related experience in a millwright capacity, preferably within manufacturing.

Senior Machine Assembler/Developer
We currently have a requirement for a Senior Machine Assembler/Developer to join our team. The Senior Machine Assembler/Developer is responsible for assembling equipment and developing the equipment to ensure that it meets all customer requirements (quality, cycle time, maintainability, etc). The Senior Machine Assembler/Developer will report directly to the Production Manager.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Interact with shop floor and design personnel for engineering issues/drawing updates to aid in
machine build activities
Ensure all work activities are completed according to the procedures or best practice Maintain quality, generate issues lists related to the equipment, and provide that feedback to the
necessary departments
Build to print activities, including mechanical assembly, plumbing, guarding assembly, etc. Develop tools to the point that customer parts are being produced within the required geometric
tolerances and within the required cycle time Work within the project team to provide feedback to engineering to improve machine build efficiency

DESCRIPTION
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive
maintenance and corrective maintenance requirements. Provide maintenance support for
production equipment, facility repairs, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, hand tools, engines
and motors using equipment manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, engineering specifications
and troubleshooting processes.
Main Job Duties
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete the necessary mechanical,
electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs.
• Repair and / or replace malfunctioning machinery parts through a preventative maintenance
program or through corrective maintenance requirements
• Source or fabricate the necessary parts required for machinery repairs • Manage spare part and material inventory to ensure prompt response to maintenance
requests. • Perform equipment repairs and upgrades to machinery; including; welding repairs and
fabrication of equipment parts as needed.
• Complete work logs and standard work orders to track maintenance activities and develop
additional preventative maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate external maintenance resources to support activities beyond in-house
capabilities.
• Participate in the selection and installation of new equipment.
• Complete other duties to support production as required.

REQUESTED SKILLS
