Problems

• Today, we see a lot of people who excited with graphic design, character design,

visual art and other artworks.

• Most of those people try to sell their artworks in many form. Such as Tees, Mugs, Phone covers, Handbags etc.

Problems (based on true story)

• NayNay is a passionate graphic designer. He has an amazing artworks for Tshirts.

• To sell it in online he has to do –

STEP 1

Upload items

Upload design tee to facebook page

Problems -Lack of own website, no e-commerce functionality, people hard to believe. -Need to standby 24 Hours for order (orders in Facebook often comes from comments and messages).

STEP 2

Production

Go to Tshirt printing shop

Problems - Need to have several number of t-shirt to print because printing shop does not accept low quantity. - Printing shop takes at least 5 days to finish his orders. - From the starting of ordered date his customer has to wait about 3 weeks.

STEP 3

Delivery

Delivering T shirts

Problems - Does not know how to make delivery with low budget. - Cash collection is plus. Because online payments still does not used to in Myanmar.

Then?

• Then he tired.

• The profit of each t shirt he get is only 2000 Kyats(2USD) to 3000 Kyats (3USD).

Note: Nay Nay does not pre print and sells. The reason is he can't estimate that his design T-shirt can be sold or not.

• One of the artist named his artwork price for 3 USD per sold item.

• MIMIBERRY sold that artwork tee with 14 USD.

• MIMIBERRY takes minimum 11 USD for one t-shirt production. In that 11 USD, MIMIBERRY profit is 3 USD.

• MIMIBERRY get the profits from each artists’ artwork t-shirt sold on

• When we have proven MIMIBERRY.CO makes artist profit pretty well. We will

collect member subscription fees instead of cash by sold item for artists who use MIMIBERRY platform.

• We will open offline sales channel for more attraction to artist.

• We will also start other t-shirt production methods like silk screen printing.

• When we have approve the artist our platform that MIMIBERRY makes their profit very well we will charge user subscription fees instead of sold items per change.
