Mind Tools App - User Journey
Once you have scanned your unique QR Code and logged into the Mind Tools App, you will be taken to the home page.
From the Toolkit, you can search by skill area or learning format. “Skill Area” will divide Mind Tools resources into 12 key skill areas, including Leadership, Team Management and Time Management. “Learning Format” shows the types of resources Mind Tools has to offer, including articles, videos and Book Insights.
The New Resources section will list all new and updated content available on the Mind Tools site.
The home page will contain your company’s custom pages and provide you with access to your Personal Learning Plan.
You can explore all that Mind Tools has to offer by using the menu at the bottom of the app. Please note that any resources with interactive PDF features will not be available within the Mind Tools App, including our Bite-Sized Training(™) resources.
Finally, the search function will enable you to locate specific content. Using the magnifying glass you can search for a particular resource. You can also filter by learning format.
