After six (6) years, the assisted and selected poor communities are living demonstrations

to other poor communities in overcoming poverty, disaster risk and displacement

affectation.

• Established in 1988• Registered with SEC in 1989 (25 years ago)• MinLand started out as an originator of the

Community Mortgage Program (CMP), a program designed to answer the land tenure problems of slum and blighted communities.

• MinLand has already assisted more than 7,000 poor urban households own their lots through the CMP in Davao City

• As an originator, assisted 56 communities in Davao City, IGACOS, Tagum City and Surigao City
