Sleep Well

• Turn off your mobile phones• No facebook, computer, Wii, 1 hr before bed• Tune out - relax down before bed

Eat 3 meals & 3 snacks per day

Mind altering substances have a major negative and sometimes irreversible impact on the teenage brain

Connect with your Friends

Go outside – Breathe!

Cardio – Get your heart pumping 3 times a week
